Important information

Replacement requests are reviewed against the applicable purchase, product and warranty terms. Please read the eligibility requirements below and contact Aeroswitch support with your purchase and product details before sending any item for inspection or replacement.

01

About This Replacement Policy

This policy explains how Aeroswitch reviews product replacement requests, the information needed to assess an issue and the steps that may follow an approved request.

Replacement eligibility depends on the product, purchase details, reported issue and applicable purchase or warranty terms. Reporting an issue does not automatically confirm a replacement.

Keep your purchase invoice and product details available when contacting support. Product-specific terms in your purchase or warranty documentation should also be reviewed.

02

When a Replacement May Be Considered

The following cases may be considered after purchase and product verification:

  • Verified manufacturing defects, subject to applicable product terms.
  • Eligible transit damage reported with supporting evidence.
  • Incorrect product or variant supplied against the confirmed order.
  • Eligible dead-on-arrival or first-use failure cases.
  • Other verified issues specifically covered by the applicable replacement policy.

Eligibility is confirmed after review. A product issue may require troubleshooting, inspection or service before the appropriate resolution can be determined.

03

Reporting a Product Issue

Report an issue promptly through Aeroswitch support or the authorised dealer or partner who supplied your product. Explain what happened, when the issue was noticed and any troubleshooting already completed.

The applicable reporting or replacement period is the one stated in your product, purchase or warranty documentation. If you are unsure which period applies, contact support with your invoice or order reference.

  • For transit damage, retain the product, packaging and shipping label, and share clear photographs of the damage.
  • For an incorrect product or variant, share the order or invoice details and photographs of the product and its label.
  • For a first-use failure, describe the setup conditions and the behaviour observed. Avoid further use if the product appears damaged or unsafe.
04

Information and Documents Required

To help the support team review your request, keep the following information ready:

  • Purchase invoice or order reference, purchase date and the name of the supplying dealer or partner, where applicable.
  • Product name, model, variant, quantity affected and serial number, where available.
  • A clear description of the issue, when it began and any troubleshooting or setup checks already completed.
  • Clear photographs or a short video showing the product, its label, the reported issue and packaging where relevant.
  • Your contact details and location so the support team can communicate the next step.

A serial number is recommended for product verification. For an incorrect unopened product, order and invoice information may also help establish the details of the request.

05

Cases That May Not Qualify

Replacement may not be available for issues outside the applicable product or purchase terms, including:

Where replacement is not applicable, support can explain whether troubleshooting, warranty service or another available option is appropriate for the reported issue.

  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, improper handling or unsuitable installation.
  • Unauthorised repair, modification, tampering or alteration.
  • Normal wear, cosmetic ageing or conditions excluded by applicable terms.
  • Requests submitted outside the applicable replacement or reporting period.
  • Cases where required purchase or product verification cannot be completed.
06

Request Review and Product Verification

Aeroswitch reviews the purchase information, product details and supporting evidence to assess the reported issue. The team may request additional photographs, documents, troubleshooting details or a product inspection.

Provide accurate information and follow the review instructions shared by support. The review outcome and applicable next steps will be communicated after the necessary checks are completed.

Do not attempt an unauthorised repair or modification while the issue is being reviewed, as this can affect assessment and eligibility.

07

Product Return and Packaging

If the product needs to be sent for inspection or replacement, wait for support to confirm the return instructions, reference details and destination before shipping it.

Pack the product securely to protect it in transit. Retain the original packaging and accessories where available, and include only the items requested by support.

  • Confirm whether collection or shipping is required and follow the instructions provided for your case.
  • Check any applicable shipping arrangements or charges with support before sending the product.
  • Keep the courier receipt, tracking details and support reference for follow-up.
08

Approval and Resolution

If a request is approved, support will communicate the confirmed replacement or service resolution. The next step depends on verification, the applicable product terms and product availability.

Approval does not necessarily mean immediate dispatch. Any collection, inspection, replacement availability or delivery details will be confirmed for the individual case.

For questions about a return, refund or warranty coverage, contact support with your purchase documents so the applicable terms and available options can be explained.

09

Contact Support and Follow Up

For replacement guidance, contact Aeroswitch through the Support or Contact Us page. Share your invoice or order reference, product details and issue description so the team can assist with the review.

If you have already reported the issue, include the existing support reference in follow-up messages. Your supplying dealer or partner may also assist with purchase verification and communication.

Replacement FAQs

No. Each request is reviewed against the applicable product, purchase, warranty and replacement terms. Depending on the issue, service or another resolution may be more appropriate.

Keep your invoice or order reference, product name, serial number where available, purchase date, issue details and supporting photos or documents ready.

A serial number is strongly recommended for product-specific verification. For certain cases such as an incorrect unopened product, the support team may verify the request using order and invoice information.

The submitted information is reviewed for eligibility. Aeroswitch may contact you for additional details, photos, product inspection or troubleshooting before confirming the applicable next step.

The resolution depends on verification, applicable policy terms, product availability and the circumstances of the request. The support team will communicate the confirmed resolution after review.
